Answer: Requests for refunds (or credits) are managed on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action pursuant to the customer's issue. Should a refund be issued for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. We will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.
